| Product Support The support personnel at Powrachute set the industry standard by which all others are measured. At Powrachute, the Product Support team is much more than technically savvy, our staff has a passion for the product, a tremendous pride for the Powrachute brand, and an unwavering commitment to do what is right for the customer every time. At Powrachute we understand that to an operator dependability and flight safety are very important. A grounded powered parachute is no fun and not profitable for the Flight Instructor environment. For that reason Powrachute offers Product Support and Customer Service Representatives available from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday to assist customers around the world. Extensive knowledge of the construction and maintenance allows them to correctly interpret, diagnose the problem and provide the appropriate solution or parts in a timely manner.
