At Powrachute we understand that to an operator, dependability and flight safety are very important. A grounded powered parachute is no fun and not profitable for the Flight Instructor environment. For that reason, Powrachute offers Product Support and Customer Service Representatives available from 8:00am – 5:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday to assist customers around the world. Extensive knowledge of the construction and maintenance allows them to correctly interpret, diagnose the problem and provide the appropriate solution or parts in a timely manner.
